Re: Please help me in making the this UI

To get something similar should not be too difficult.
labelfield for the title.
verticalfieldmanager with margin for the answers, add radiobuttonfields with the appropriate labels to it. group the fieldsin a http://www.blackberry.com/developers/docs/7.1.0api/net/rim/device/api/ui/component/RadioButtonGroup.... to allow only a single one to be selected.
if you want checkboxes you can use checkboxfields, but you would have to implement a changelistener to ensure that only a single field is checked at a time.

Re: Please help me in making the this UI

Hi Simon

We are using the check box as a images (selected or non selected ) ,it will selected only one .

When ever the user slect the one chheck box from the option ,,that particular check box image would be changed to the true check box.

I will get the question and choices from the web service .i also dont know ,how many question would be there ?

SO little bit confuses in making this thing possible

Re: Please help me in making the this UI

i would suggest to make it as easy as possible in the first step, especially if you have no clue :smileyhappy:
get it working, then work on improving the look etc.

you can create one question as a single ui element and repeat it as often as you like, usually it is preferrable to the user to use a paged view and not show too much content on a single screen.
