I ran into this as well. I fixed it by changing the JRE version number in the project's .classpath file.
(before):
classpathentry kind="con" path="org.eclipse.jdt.launching.JRE_CONTAINER/net.rim.ejde.BlackBerryVMInstallType/BlackBerry JRE 5.0.0"
(after):
classpathentry kind="con" path="org.eclipse.jdt.launching.JRE_CONTAINER/net.rim.ejde.BlackBerryVMInstallType/BlackBerry JRE 6.0.0"
If you need to compile against the 5.0 JRE, you'll need to create a new installed JRE in the Eclipse preferences and point your project to use that.
