Registering your application with the BlackBerry Messenger platform

Hi.. Happy new year..

I have been working with the BBM SDk I like it a lot.. I cannot seem to get past a certain problem though.

 

I would like to register my application with the new bbm messenger

I am using a bold 9700 simulator and each time I get to the 2nd stage in the verification process it just stays there..

2nd stage meaning there are 4 stages and I am always halting at the 2nd stage.

I am lost.. 

If I cancel I get a partially registered app. Which is no good......Aha!

 

How can I get the app fully registered on the simulator.. 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated..

Hey bertland,

 

Are you experiencing this issue only on the 9700? How about other simulators like the 9300 or the 9800 posted via http://us.blackberry.com/developers/blackberrymessenger/?

 

Are you also running the MDS v3.5.3 that comes along with the SDK?
