Run an old application on simulator 10

Hi,

I have some questions about simulator 10. I have an application runs on OS 6 and 7. Can I run this application on simulator 10?

If yes how can I run it? I have the simulator 10 is opened (development mode is "on" and I have the ip adress )

if no what should I do ? and how can I run sample example on os 10.

thanks

Re: Run an old application on simulator 10

no, you cannot run BB java apps on BB 10.

to run a sample app compile it and use run as blackberry application.
you may have to add the simulator as a target, but that should be well documented.

Re: Run an old application on simulator 10

thanks for your reply.

I understand that I couldn't run java application on BB 10. So all old application couldn't be run it on 10.

How can I compile and use a sample application to run it on 10. For old version I use eclipse, now how can I do it?

check

and follow the instructions.

basically you need the NDK (eclipse cdt + extras)
