SandBox Testing of INAPP purchse

I have integrated the INAPP api of Blackberry. And listed the goods on the App world.

And uploaded my Testing build on the App World.

I downloaded and run succesfully.

But when I try to purchse Item; an error comes as "An error has occured while setting up billing through your Service Provider.

Please try again "
