yes. you can add the additional cods in your jad (and alx for bes/desktop manager)
to do so compile the additional cod as usual. copy the
RIM-COD-URL-xx
RIM-COD-Size-xx
tags and adjust xx to be one more than the number of sub-cods of your app.
(if the cod is bigger than 64kb it is actually a zip file. extract it to avoid problems with OTA downloads)
