What version of the BlackBerry JDE are you using?  Do you have multiple versions of the BlackBerry JDE installed?

Re: Signature tool says No confirm or error string in response

[ Edited ]

I have BlackBerry JDE 4.0.2 and i don't have multiple version of JDE.

And i am getting this error when i tried to sign CODs by direct internet connection. But i can sign files thro' proxy seamlessly.

And i am using "Request signatures" option in JDE.

Please let me know, if you need any other details.

Many thanks indeed for your response.

It looks like something in your environment is blocking or modifying the connection if it isn't going through your proxy server.
