Re: SignedKeys web form is down!

Can you open this page?

http://na.blackberry.com/eng/developers/javaappdev/codekeys.jsp

If no - what kind of error are you getting?

And the same for this page:

https://www.blackberry.com/SignedKeys/

Can you open it for now?

If no - what error are you getting now ?

Re: SignedKeys web form is down!

What version of Firefox do you have ?

I do not experience any problems with my FF 3.5.1

Also post an issue to the Developer Issue tracker according to this situation. Let's they check the web-form, what is going wrong with it.

Re: SignedKeys web form is down!

I've reported this issues to RIM support two months ago.
They said that this problem only occur with Firefox + Italian language.
Try with IE and it's ok.

Re: SignedKeys web form is down! AGAIN

[ Edited ]

I am located in Norway, and cannot make the request using Internet Explorer, Firefox or Opera - and it is wasting my time and getting me frustrated, as getting the keys is urgent.

I am really disappointed with the contents of this thread, in that multiple feedbacks over several months about this issue still has left it unsolved, dear I use the 'unprofessional' word?

Regards,

Thomas
