Signing Code for the 8100 devices

It has been a while since we have had to sign the code that we wrote for the 8100 device. When we try

to sign the code using the JDE version 4.2.0 we get the following error message for some of the .COD

files.

"Unable to perform code signing operation for the client because the entry in the authorization database has expired "

I was not aware that there was a expiration period on the ability to sign code. Do I have to re-register again to

get new signing authority. I would not think it was necessary as we already have a client number.

Can someone shed some light on what I need to do to re-active the authorization database?

Re: Signing Code for the 8100 devices

This can happen if you press the Revoke button of the SignatureTool.  Please contact devsupport@rim.com for assistance with this.
