Nope still not working. It seems like we are about to waste another day!
Good thing my manager is a developer and understands the problem but i can't say the same thing about clients.

That's not possible. I've installed the new 1.3 plugin and i still am without signing keys becouse i can't register the signature...
Why don't you provide a signing key for a personal device, so developers can test their apps on their devices, without the need to contact the RIM (failing) servers?

Hey, after 10 min of waiting, the **bleep**ing Signature Tool actually worked. I was only waiting for the RBB signature, the rest were signed yesterday. Well, all I can say is don't give up on waiting, and while you're doing that, study android development.

I win!!! Less than 2 hours... and all signing servers down.
All Europe developers can relax for this day and goes to learn Android SDK or something else. There is a night in Canada.

Server uptime - 8 hours ... Waiting for the next 'sorry' and 'we apologize' from RIM (i think it will be after 5-6 hours).
How about some little compensations for European developers?
