SmartPhone SDK v/s PlayBook SDK

Is there any difference between the BlackBerry SmartPhone SDK and the BlackBerry PlayBook SDK ? Can a BlackBerry phone appliaction run on a PlayBook or vice versa ?

If not, then is there a way how I can make my application compatible with both ?

Re: SmartPhone SDK v/s PlayBook SDK

There is a huge difference between the two SDKs

It is best if you think of them as two different opperating systems. If you want to support both, you can upload both a .cod and a .bar file to AppWorld.

Re: SmartPhone SDK v/s PlayBook SDK

you can use webworks to develop a html5 app that can run on both platforms.
otherwise, the smartphones use java (me), the playbook uses c++ to develop native apps.
