Can Rim please fix this now while the board is new and fresh so it doesn't become another 3 year+ issue like the wrapping urls issue was on the old board? pretty please?!

sorry to moan, this board is now awesome, but it's a niggle that'll grate the longer it stays.

you can turn off smileys in your profile... which fixes the issue, i suggest for the dev boards you change the default setting to be 'off'.

This has been fixed.  Smileys/emoticons should no longer show up in code blocks.
