Trusted Application Status

Hello,

When I run my application for the first time (after installation) I get a Dialog:

"Would you like to grant myApp Trusted Application Status?"

When I click on a command of the dialog, the dialog closes, but my application screen doesn't appear until I click the icon of my app again.

The second time I run my app, I don't get the Application Status dialog and my screen is showed fine...

How can I make that my screen is displayed even if the Trusted Application Dialog is showed??

Thanks in advance!

PS: this is how I start my app:

public static void main(String[] args) {
    MyApp m = new MyApp();
    m.enterEventDispatcher();

}

public MyApp () {

    if (!deniedPermissions) {

        UiApplication.getUiApplication().invokeLater(new Runnable() {
            public void run() {
                pushScreen(new MyScreen());
            }
        });

    }

}

Re: Trusted Application Status

I don't think there is a way to open your app when that Dialog is opened.

Re: Trusted Application Status

I don't think you understood me correctly.

I start my application and then the dialog is showed, but my app screen is not showed after the dialog is closed.

The problem with the above is that when my app is run for the first time, the user clicks my app icon, the Trusted App dialog appears and after that, he has to click the app icon again (when clicked I see that my app is running, but the screen was not showed...)

Re: Trusted Application Status

deniedpermissions seems to be a boolean. where is it set?

Re: Trusted Application Status

It seems I made a mistake there: deniedPermissions() is a function that checks the application permissions and returns false if all needed permission are granted (and true if at least one permission is denied).

Re: Trusted Application Status

You can try to  "save" app by changing settings in Options -> ..Permissions to Allow.
