UDPDatagramConnection usage both in client and server mode question

Hi,

I have issues with my app and I am not sure whether such thing is possible but here it is:

I have a UDP connection receiving and sending datagrams simultaneously. It sends roughly about 50 datagrams per second and receives 50 per second. Is it possible that because so many datagrams are being sent and received the device can't manage to receive all available datagrams and drops some of them?

The code works on devices with newer OS version but on bold 9000 with OS v 4.6 it doesn't seem to work right.

Is someone aware of any known issues with datagram connections which might cause inconsistent sending/receiving of datagrams?

Re: UDPDatagramConnection usage both in client and server mode question

It is possible.  By nature UDP is not a reliable protocol, so packets can be dropped if there is congestion.
