Unloading an App without Desktop Manager? (JavaLoader?) ...and other others...

I'm not using Eclipse or JDE...but using the components package I have things working somewhat well...but I have some questions and will be grateful for any answers:

* How do you unload an app without Desktop Manager?  Can it be done with JavaLoader?

* If I point a browser at http://abc.com/abc.jad (this is just an example - but a .jad hosted on a web site) will it automatically load the app?

* Why do my apps go in the "Downloads" folder for 5.0?  On 4.5 - they went right on the Desktop (or Phonetop)?  Do I have any control where these go?

*Yes, It will start downloading, If you have set the proper MIME type on web server.
