Upload, Download .ics File

Hello Every one...

I am building an application in which I want to upload an .ics (calendar) file to private server (web) on menu click and download an .ics  from the same server on another menu click. By this I want to  synchronize my BB calendar with the .ics file on the server which is further synchronized with iCal (Mac Calendar).

I need help urgently....

Thanks in advance...

Thanks for the Reply....

no I just wanted to know what is the way to:

1.extract an .ics file from a BB calendar.

2.Upload the file on Server.

and Vice versa

From what i have come across is that i can use WebDav, but I dont have any idea how to use it...

So thats where I need help...

Thanks in Advance...

Re: Upload, Download .ics File

i would suggest you use the PIM api to retrieve the calendar events and build ICS files for them, following http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5545

Re: Upload, Download .ics File

you don't really have to create an ics file if you have control over the server side and can specify the format yourself.
