I am trying to build a blackberry project from the command line.
I used the below commands:
To generate makefile etc..:
java -jar %JDE_HOME%\bin\IDE.jar -makefile myProject.jdw
To make the project:
make -f myProject.mak clean
make -f myProject.mak
When using cygwin make, I see the following errors:
/bin/sh: -c line 1: syntax error unexpected end of file
make: ***[myProject.cod] Error 2.
On further investigation found that the error occurs due to below line:
@if exist myProject.cod erase myProject.cod > nul
On replacing this with equivalent Unix command (test -e) instead, the error goes away.
(The build works ok using GNU Make for Windows)
What would be the best way to build blackberry project from command line and be able to run the build using cygwin make?
We are using make 3.81.
