I want to creat a Screen in my app where there will be a video playing on the screen and there will be buttons and lebels on the video screen like below.

How to implement that? Can you give some sample code or idea? Is it possilbe to implement multiple layers in one screen?

Well, you could try to have a Manager to hold all elements and implement its sublayout in order to put all elements at your desired location ...
