.cod to java source code

I accidentally deleted one of my test projects, but I have the .cod and .jad file of that project. Is there a way to generate the java project from these 2 files?

thanks for any help

Re: .cod to java source code

There are some programs that say they can, but I think the general concensus around here is that none of them are too great.

Re: .cod to java source code

there are undelete tools and most developers use source control repositories.

somehow your story does not sound very convincing...

the name of the decompiler is banned on the forum (as i saw sometime back) so i doubt you will find a link here.

never worked for me anyhow.

Re: .cod to java source code

as i mentioned earlier, this was just a test project, so i did not create a respository in my source control for this. i ended up creating the entire project again last night as i couldn't find any decompiler in the net/this forum.

@simon: this is not a story and i never tried to convince any one...
