contact app world team

Hi All,

 

          I uploaded the app into blackberry app world after testing their denied the app. so i need to get exact information why app is not working their, for that how to communicate with blackberry app world team. Any solution please tell me..

You can create a new ticket.
Go to the vendor portal, click on the left "Change Request Ticket".
You will have one at least, then click on the detail icon "View" to see your ticket. Click "Ticket History". You can now add some text to your ticket.

I think it's the only way. I tried that 2 days ago, but I haven't got any answer for the moment.

              I sented mail to devsupport@rim.com but i also not getting proper informations.

Please help me if any one have the knowledge about this. It is very urgent.
