home screen app folder

I am trying to create a home screen folder for my application that will contain the application icon(s). This would be a similar setup to Documents To Go on OS 4.5+; where a custom Documents To Go folder is created on the home screen [with a custom icon] that contains the application icons for Word To Go, Sheets To Go, etc.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance anyone is able to provide. Thanks in advance.

Re: home screen app folder

This is part of the theme included with the BlackBerry.  Applications are not able to programmatically create, delete, edit, move, etc, folders of a theme.

You can create custom themes using the Plazmic CDK, which can be downloaded from here: http://www.plazmic.com/en/download/index.shtml
