how can i traverse thru elements of screen display stack ?

you can use push and pop - but you know that already.
there is no other way - but you know that already, too, because we told you in your other thread.
i doubt that the API will change on the number of posts you are fabricating about this question, but good luck.

If what you mean by 'traverse' is look up and down the current screen stack, you can do this using:

Screen.getScreenAbove()

and:
Screen.getScreenBelow()

 

You can always find your UiApplication's currently active screen using:

UiApplication.getUiApplication.getActiveScreen()

and you find the number in the stack using:
UiApplication.getUiApplication.getScreenCount()

 

Note that these are only screens in your application (you can't traverse Screens from other applications) and that you will not find Global screens in this list.
