any one have tried to know how they support duplex voice on cdma phone ? any one have used on their hadnset 9650 /8830/8530?

Skype on Verizon use phone call, not VoIP.

have you used skype service? they do not provide voip?

Skype software (Verizon CDMA phone) makes a cell call to a local Skype server and from there connect you to the destination. So while from the BB to Skype server is not VoIP,  from Skype server to destination is.
