i have uploaded a new  dating app on appworld.http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/117157/?lang=en

some users have a doubt in the app about the site url so how i caontact the downloaded user for clarifieng the doubts.

please tell me the solution .Is any way to identify the blackBerry Id.

I am not aware of a way you can contact the users directly.  You will have to wait for them to contact you.  Or perhaps put more information in the description of your app.

Everyone seems to be complaining about the URL so I guess putting the URL in the description might help. 

I have found that people will complain via App World rather than contact the developer, so perhaps make it easier for them to contact you directly from the app - for example if there is a problem that your app can't resolve (for example, the network is not working), offer to send an email to you?
