java.nio.channels.UnresolvedAddressException

Hello, My client gets "java.nio.channels.UnresolvedAddressException" on many devices while connecting via BES to a secure (https) address that my application uses. All other connections (wi-fi,  BIS vs.) and other phones (Android, iPhone) successfully reach the server that my application connects. 

 

I send them the link below to fix this issue. But they said that they did what is written as resolutions in the link below, but those resolutions didn't fix the problem.

I believe that they are doing something wrong, but I am not sure. Is it possible that I am doing something wrong. And What else can I advise them.

Is there anything I can do in this issue? Or should my customer do the things written on the link that I gave above? Any help is appreciated.
