Hi, I am trying to pull logs off a device using javaloader but it is saying access denied. It is probably an IT policy setting but I can't work out which one. Any ideas?
Unfortunately it is a client that is reporting the problem and I was trying to reproduce it, so I am not sure if the other commands work. I'm sure I have seen it before and it was the IT policy that was blocking something (possibly USB access), but I can't remember which setting it was that did it.
