problem with libraries for 4.2

Hello all.

I have noticed a problem with creating  library for developing BB applications for 4.2 platform.

When i'm creating library in JDE(lib perfectly works in JDE 4.2.0.98) I can't use it in Eclipse IDE(component pack 4.2.1). App failed with"Can't find library".

And vice versa,  i can't use in JDE lib, which was built in Eclipse.  

 

And another question: Where I can find phone models which platform does not support developing apps in Eclipse JDE? As i understand it happens when platform is lower 4.2.1
