program to generate client proxy??¿¿¿

Hi, can anyone recommend a program to generate a client proxy for BB? I am using the Wireless Toolkit 2.5.2 but some types of data does not support them because it is old, I need something more modern..

 

I am using the WTK 2.5.2 for CLDC, is it necessary to use the library project ksoap to call a WS?
