I know it's a old issue , and the solution is well known, but I still can't solve this problem

I tried to reduce my ap size , it still doesn't work , and I don't know what I can do .

Eclipse:1.3
os version: windows xp

simulator: 9550 , 9650 , 9800

I meet other strange things, after I run my other aps , but all the ap can't be appear in download list of simulator.

oh no!!! it happen to not only simulator but also real bb phone

I find out the solution ,It happen because I use svn to manage my project , and it will make many file in my project folder, I delete them and it can work
