where can I set rapc options inside eclipse plugin

I am using BlackBerry Java Plug-in for Eclipse Version 1.3.0 on Windows 7; Everything works fine; now I would like to set rapc-options i.e. "datafull" and "slicesize". But where do I set this inside eclipse?

These options are not configurable within Eclipse. You'll need to build from a command line if you wish to change them.
