In my application I want to show direction using azimth value from APR reading. In portrait mode it gives correct values of azimth but when i tilt the device on landscape mode it not give correct values.
I have seen this to. It was discussed in another thread. It was mentioned by RIM to be a bug. If your app is allowed to re-orient, the problem is even worse when you flip your device around (upside down, right to left to left to left). It was suggested to submit a bug report. I was going to do that for APR, but it you want to submit, please let me know so I can vote on it. Otherwise, I plan on doing it tonight. I believe this impacts some of the other sensor APIs as well.
When you enter an issue, it first checks to see if there might already be an issue. It shows you a list of possible matches -- even if there are none. If there are no issues already, just continue.
