I sent an email to the two addresses listed in the reviewer's comments, but have yet to receive a reply.
The addresses did not appear to be direct to the reviewer but to general app vendor mailboxes.
Is there a way to direct a question to the responsible reviewer directly?
The turnaround time for questions is too long in my opinion.

To clarify: The OS2.1 version of the app has been approved.
The OS 10 version of the app runs on the simulator but the reviewer indicates the display is not correct on his Dev Alpha device.

There is a ticket system. You can open a ticket to directly contact your reviewer.

Viewing the ticket, all I see is that it is 'waiting for vendor'.
My only option appears to be to add a text comment to the history.
I don't see any option to 'reply' to the ticket or even to open a new ticket (without making another submission that is).
I added a request for more info, but so far, no response.

I think I used those comments to contact reviewer. But I can that ticket with my comments
