sometimes, when my app tries to open and read an XML file (that it just downloaded and saved in disk), I get this error:
Operation failure: XML error at line; Extra content at end of document
It usually happens after I have stopped using my app for about 12 hours or more.
I order to avoid this problem, I manually erase the xml file from my device disk and then let my app to download it again. It then works perfectly.
Does anybody have an idea about how to avoid this error?

I downloaded the corrupted file from the device. I opened it using a browser (Chrome) and the next error message showed up:
"error on line 1152 at column 1: Extra content at the end of the document"
Just exactly the same message I got in C/C++ console.
The app always downlods the file, saves it in disk, and then loads it. And no matter how many things I try this process again, the result is the same. The weird thing is that when I open the same XML file from the server in a browser (Chrome), it seams fine.
As I said before, the only solution I've foun so far is to manually erase the xml file from my device disk and then let my app to download it again. Then it works perfectly.
