Hi,

BB10 dev alpha device is not started. When i plug the device with charger it only display blink red light. same thing happen from the last day. I plug the charger from yesterday afternoon but device is not started.

For me also same here. In morning it started. But after that, it is not started when i reached to office. Yesterday i update the OS..

In morning my device also started it has a very low battery and drainer so i plug a charger to it but no help device is not started. On Desktop Manager it give option retry, Update, cancle. I tried retry and update but no help and my development stopped because of this.

do you use a separate charger or the usb cable?
because it happens to me all the time if i forget to switch the device off, its battery does not survive a single night "doing nothing" so it is completely drained in the morning.

after an hour or two on the usb cable it sucks enough power in to wake up again.

For me i ma again doing some update..it is started long back and still it not finished..it is telling extracting device software..

My Device is not started after one and half day. Now it started after reinstalling the OS and upgrde it to 10.0.6

And for me it stuck in the middle..and it is going on very slow. I dont know what to do???

Check the Version of Desktop manger is correct or not. After that connect the device and repair it or update. Try both the ways. It takes around 3 to 4 hour to start.

the version is right only..i mean latest one..i disconnected once and now again installing..but it is still taking a lots of time
