I wan't to test my app on landscape mode, but I can't rotate it, I searched on this issue, and I found info about swiping from right bottom corner to middle the screen, I did, but it still on portrait mode
Note: I am using the last version of simulator bb10_0_09-win32-1673

You found the method used in the PlayBook simulator.
All you need to do is click on the bottom right corner (in either orientation) and it should be able to change. However, make sure you have orientation lock off otherwise it will not rotate the screen.
(Just a copy-paste of a search result, be sure to use search next time).

As I said, it will only work if your app supports orientation changes. The homepage is a good example of an app that doesn't support landscape. As such it is not going to rotate.
