BT A2DP native API

Hi! :smileyhappy:

 

Is there any possibility to access A2DP functionality from native API (2.0.1 NDK), e.g.: receive events from media buttons, send metadata to A2DP device, send playback state/status to A2DP device.

 

I noticed that there is BT API for BlackBerry 10 platform but there is nothing related to A2DP tasks.

Most probably A2DP specific functionality won't be needed as there is API in mediaplayer.h which abstracts (as I understood) similar events produced either by A2DP device, or hardware media buttons. Also it allows to set current state of media player so it will become available for interested parties including A2DP devices too I believe.
