Best Practice for clearing the cache

In the data/ directory of the application there are folders that containts cookies, certificates, and caching data. Those files are generated presumably when using WebView or fetching any data from the net.

What is the best way to remove it?

Re: Best Practice for clearing the cache

Look into WebStorage, which gives functions for clearing the Cookie Jar.

Re: Best Practice for clearing the cache

I used

p_webView->storage()->clear();

to clear the cookie from webview in c++ code.
