BlackBerry 10 Community Port-A-Thon question

Do apps using frameworks built in-house (i.e. not public ones like Marmalade, Qt etc.) qualify (provided they meet the basic guidelines of app functionality)?

But I am more interested in knowing the eligibility for cash rewards rather than the Built for BlackBerry cerfication.

Looks like they do. I submitted a game that does not use any UI libraries and it did qualify.
