BlackBerry Dev Alpha Latest Update - BBM Issue

Hello,

With the latest update for the BlackBerry Dev Alpha B (Running On OS: 10.0.9.1675) There is a BlackBerry Messenger issue, when I open up BBM, it takes me to another screen BBM Setup and just has "Opening BBM' written on the screen, it has been like this for 20 minutes continuosly and i have tried 3 different Wi-Fi networks.

Also, when i last updated it was via Wi-Fi,

Any help would be highly appreciated! :smileyhappy:

Re: BlackBerry Dev Alpha Latest Update - BBM Issue

Pop the battery out and back in.

And just FYI , DevAlpha issues should posted in the developer sections like Native Development

Battery pull doesn't work, not to be rude but Don't you think its the first thing someone would do?

lol, no, it is often not the first thing someone would do.

If you're around these forums long, you'll see that suggestion often helps users, and one should NEVER assume one has already done a powered on battery pull reboot. Always ask that first, especially when they have NOT stated that they have not done so.

So, you did a battery pull, it rebooted and the very same error exists in BBM?

Yup,
Sorry lol
Any other suggestion other than a Desktop-Software-Connected OS "reload"? :smileyhappy:

If you can delete that application, do you have the ability to reinstall it?
