try to configure the "Send" button  to send the message 5 times per each click  and you will notice what I mean.

Any way, I will try some workarounds to fix the issue. If not fixed, I will bring my laptop to Amesterdam to let RIM developers check the code with me.

Seems like you are talking about a different problem. Is it about sending burst of data? Then I probably saw it in a different thread. If that's the case your code is correct.
