Can't create Tool issues for BlackBerry 10 NDK within Issue Tracker

When I try to create any Tool bug within the Issue Tracker, it asks for a device, version, app build, etc. If I enter in the BlackBerry 10 NDK's IDE (10.0.4.201204250810), I get told that it is an invalid version and won't submit. As for device, it is an IDE, not a device. So I'm not sure how to submit these bugs.

Any ideas?

Re: Can't create Tool issues for BlackBerry 10 NDK within Issue Tracker

Whenever JIRA acts up on me, I just put in obviously bogus values (e.g. 0.0.0.0) for those fields, then include the useful info in the Notes or the Description, along with a comment pointing out that JIRA is crippled for my particular need so they can consider improving it.

The guys at RIM will sometimes fix various fields if we get them wrong too, so better to submit with some of them wrong than not to submit at all.

That was another issue. Whenever I tried to submit something that (I thought) would be correct (such as BlackBerry versioning or PlayBook versioning), it told me it was incorrect. I'll try again tomorrow.

Ok, it's been much longer then I desired (been very busy), but I finally submitted them (seems to now support the BB10 IDE):
