It's technically possible to run Cascades app on Playbook but it's not officially supported yet.

Until Cascades on PB are officially supported using plain Qt seems to be the best option.

Zukka's answer is technically correct, but practically speaking the answer is really "not yet". We expect a beta of BB10 on the PlayBook some time in the next few months, at which point we'll have Cascades there for development as well...
