Creating a basic form with a sheet

I am trying to create a basic form that fits the style of BB10.

I am wanting the form to look like the form on this page

https://developer.blackberry.com/devzone/design/bb10/sheets.html

How do I get buttons in the titlebar? What layout should I use for a basic for like the one on the page.

Thanks for any help or suggestions you might have.

Re: Creating a basic form with a sheet

this is easy done

an example:

titleBar: TitleBar {
        id: theBar
        title: qsTr("Feedback") + Retranslate.onLanguageChanged
        visibility: ChromeVisibility.Visible
        dismissAction: ActionItem {
            title: qsTr("Cancel")
            onTriggered: {
                // do your work
            }
        }
        acceptAction: ActionItem {
            title: qsTr("Send")
            onTriggered: {
                // do your work
            }
        }
    }

Re: Creating a basic form with a sheet

Thanks so much.

I initially tried the titlebar, but I only got the splashscreen when the app ran. Must have messed up the QML somehow.

Thanks again
