Detecting when a bluetooth device has automatically paired

Is there a signal that is emitted or an event that can be listened to when a bluetooth device that has already been paired with a device in the past reconnects/disconnects to the phone?  I'm looking to trigger events when a device has been connected/disconnected from the phone while the application is running.  Is this possible?

Yes, take a look at the bluetooth chat sample: https://github.com/blackberry/Cascades-Samples/tree/master/bluetoothsppchat

There are a whole bunch of events that can come in: https://developer.blackberry.com/native/reference/core/bluetooth_libref/topic/btdevice.h_defines.htm...
