Error downloading due to export restrictions

I've got "Error downloading due to export restrictions." when tried to download BlackBerry 10 Native SDK and Dev Alpha Simulator from Russia, version 10.0.6. for Mac.

Maybe somebody knows how can I get a direct link?

Or please share this SDK to me in dropbox/google drive/etc.

Where does your connection originate from?  Currently there are download restrictions for Balarus.
