i tried today to register my keys using the qnx ide, using the windows-->preference--signing steps but i get the same error. "Error registering long term key" & "Error caused connection abort: connect".

Do i need to get new keys too? Thank you for your help

It looks like there is a connectivity problem between you computer and the RIM code signing servers.  Do you have to go through a proxy server?  If so, has it been configured in Eclipse?

Hi Mark, First off Happy ThanksGiving

No Proxy server. I am doing this at home. The computer is connected to internet. i can go to websites etc. I have wpa2-psk profile and a password on my internet. Do i need to configure the ide?

I have un-installed and installed the ide 3 times now. i even got new keys. i don't know what else i can do. Any help is appreciated. i want to start the BB10 development

Can you try running this from a command line and let me know the results.  Include the full output if there is still an error.

blackberry-signer -register -csjpin <csj pin> 
    -storepass <KeystorePassword> <client-RDK-xxxxxx.csj file> 
    <client-PBDT-xxxxx.csj file>

Hi Mark, It worked. Set the path, then it was not able to find the <rdk>.csj file. then moved the files to bbndk folder and it worked. i wonder why the wizard didn't work. But thanks a lot
