Hi, i need export bar project to apk for android.

Where did the .bar file come from?

As you're asking this in the Cascades forum, I'll assume it's a Cascades-based app. If that's the case, what you're asking is basically an impossibility... Cascades is a BB10-only framework for writing apps using C++ and/or QML/JavaScript. There's nothing remotely compatible with it on Android, and the BAR file format is also unique to BlackBerry (although it's just a zip file with a particular structure and metadata).

If that doesn't help, please explain in detail what you're trying to do.

I think you're looking for the word "port", not "export". Export implies that most of what's there will work as-is on Android. If you'd written your app using HTML5 stuff (WebWorks) then that might be at least partly true.

If you've written in using Cascades, then you basically need to re-write the app from scratch in something else, maybe Java (for the Dalvik VM that Android uses). This is generally termed "porting" your code to another platform. It's not going to be a simple matter... there are likely no automated tools to assist with this.
