Approved reviews are available from App World as an RSS feed.

Use an RSS-to-Email service like http://www.feedmyinbox.com/ to send new posts in that feed to your inbox.

Not a solution for automatically denied reviews though.

Oh nice! I heard about that before but didn't make a mental note.

FYI, the URL for a given app is http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/rss/reviews/PROD-ID/ where the PROD-ID part is your numeric product code from App World, visible as "ID: nnnnn" in the individual entry under Manage Products.

You can also go to your app in the browser version of App World and click on  the number of Reviews or "See all reviews" at the bottom, e.g.

http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/reviews/49236/?lang=en

The RSS feed can be found by clicking on the RSS icon.

Heh... that's how I found it of course, but it's definitely a better idea to point out how to find that out for oneself. :-)
