Re: Free Marmalade SDK license and PlayBook

Has anyone done this yet? And if so have they been contacted about the test playbook that we are supposed to receive? I have signed up and I am wondering if I need to do any additional steps to get the test playbook sent to me.

Thanks in advance any help is much appreciated.

So I read over the terms and conditions of the offer and apparently I will be emailed via my Vendor Portal email account.

Re: Free Marmalade SDK license and PlayBook

Where do you download the SDK licensed version? I signed up for this offer and the playbook is on the way....But when I hit "Download" and then select download sdk. It downloads "evaluation license" version. Is this what you guys have as well or is the one that comes with the offer different?

If it is wrong version, how do I activate?

you just install the latest SDK when you run it for the first time you will need to login and there you will activate ur license.

My issue is how to set up the environment after that seems like Visual Studios ($1k cost) is needed

You can use free version of Visual Studio 2012 or 2010. It's called Express
