With the news of another promotion: http://us.blackberry.com/developers/tablet/playbook_offer2012.jsp

I would like to know if those who received a free PlayBook from the promotion last year (ending March 31) are eligible to receive a free PlayBook from this promotion also.  

I looked through the terms and conditions http://us.blackberry.com/developers/tablet/terms_conditions2012.jsp and I did not see anything that would mark someone as ineligible based on prior promotions, but I would not claim to have fully understood every aspect of the T&C.  

I have a good app to submit, so I'm just curious about the details.
